Web Site Return Policy and Instructions:
If you have received damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped merchandise please attach your invoice to your merchandise and ship it back to the address provided below. For faster service please provide detailed instructions.

All returns should be shipped to the return center. No COD returns will be accepted. Returns will not be accepted at retail stores. All returns must be sent back to the corporate office at the customer's expense. Purchases made online can be exchanged for store credit or merchandise at retail stores.
You have 15 days upon receiving your merchandise to return or exchange UNWORN MERCHANDISE. You are responsible for the shipping cost of merchandise back to Cathy Jean. Returns take 1 to 3 weeks to process and credit to your account.
