Processing
All orders will take 1 to 5 business days to process. Please allow ample processing time before you attempt to check your order status online. During the 5 business days your order status will be "placed".
Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and all holidays will not begin processing until the following business day.
Shipping
We are currently offering free ground shipping on orders over $75 any order under $75 will have a flat charge of $7!
From the date that your order ships it will take approximately 2-5 business days if shipped via ground.
All orders are shipped through UPS. When your order ships you will receive an e-mail with your UPS tracking #.
Please note that the UPS website may take up to 24 hours to reflect your tracking information.
Unfortunately we can no longer ship to APO/FPO, PO box addresses.
Deliveries are made M-F, excluding holidays.
The above policy applies to in-stock items only, NO BACK ORDERS.
Items may sell out during the time that your order is processing. If this occurs you will be notified that the item is no longer available.
At this time, we are only able to fulfill orders within the United States.
